Lyrics to Dust

The grace of life it strikes our eye

Watch dusk fall over on this very day

Never sensed the here, never sensed the now

The only verities that turned out real

Setting fire to our mind-born selves

While our gold is melting

While our world is screaming

The dust we're made of

Claims us back today

No traces to be left for all eternity

The dust we're made of

Drags us back today

We longed for silence, it came to stay

Awareness of the curse that is our own greed

Casting all the fear, misery and hate

Duality turned us into monsters

Will our victims hear us?

Will atonement find us?

There hides a lie

Behind our eyes

But if it dies

We'll see the sunrise

Polarity between love and hate

Everlasting scourge sickening our minds

Undetected lives the enemy within

Until this planet burns

Until destruction ends
