Lyrics to Intercession

Chorus:

The spirit maketh intercession (4x)

For we know not what we should ask for

It opens up the door to what we're praying for

Intercession, intercession

The Holy Ghost maketh intercession

With moanings and groanings

The Spirit helpeth our infirmities

The Spirit makes us free

The Spirit makes us free

Gives us peace

Verse:

For we know the Spirit maketh intercession

For whatever you need tonight

And the Holy Ghost maketh intercession

For every whatever the need in your life

Oh the Spirit (Back to chorus)

Vamp:

Tenors: Intercession, intercession

Altos: When you call, He will answer

Sopranos: The Spirit, the Spirit

All: The spirit makes us free

The spirit makes us free

Gives us free (Repeat vamp)
