Lyrics to Bop

I went to the club, to have myself a ball

Nobdy was dancing, so I put in a request to the DJ y'all

I asked him to play a funky groove, so I could rock

I started doin it like this y'all, and I did the Bop

It's a dance by my old school, the way they used to do

You don't need a partner you can do it by yourself

No you don't need nobody else

Just get out on the dance floor and move to the beat

And before you know it, like me, you're gonna have happy feet

Well let's do the Bop

Let's do the Bop

Come on everybody, and let's do the Bop

Well now people saw me movin', they started to do it too

Everybody in the place, got into that old school groove

And then back that thing up, they didn't drop it like it was hot

The were doing that old school dance y'all

Yeah, it's called the Bop

Let's do the Bop

Let's do the Bop

Come on everybody, and let's do the Bop

The Bop, Bop

The Bop, Bop

The Bop

Everybody's havin so much fun, nobody wants to leave

Goin back to those old days, Yeah all those old memories

Just let your mind go back, to all those good old happy times

Just doin the Bop y'all, let's everybody feel just fine

Yeah, let's do the Bop

Let's do the Bop

Come on everybody, let's do the Bop

The Bop, Bop

Let's do the Bop

Come on everybody, let's do the Bop

It's an old school dance y'all

You're gonna get happy feet

Let's do the Bop y'all

Come on out here and dance with me

Let's do the Bop

Let's do the Bop

Everybody's havin so much fun, doin the Bop
